It turns out that the
sweater curse isn't actually about fear of commitment
and traditional domestic activities; it's about
driving your significant other crazy, first
by inquiring what EXACTLY he wants in a sweater,
then asking him try on a partial sweater in
various stages of completion, then by making
him wear the finished sweater a million times
in inappropriate weather while you try to take
a good picture.
Then, just to make things
more interesting, changing your mind entirely
and beginning the process again (hey, at least
this is the same yarn and I didn't have to interrogate
him about color a second time).
The good news is that I've
done all this so you don't have to, and that it's
much easier to take pictures of people you aren't
dating.
