why I wish I could be in NYC on June 24th

Cara's making it happen, with permits and everything... Spin OUT! Support Heifer International and have a hella fun day spinning [and knitting] in the middle of Central Park.

MAN, I wish NYC was a little closer.

Hey - I thought you should know that while you can sort of get at knitty if you try and access one of the old issues and then click on the header, all those little buttons everyone has on their blogs still don't work. And neither does just straight typing in: knitty.com (or variations like www.knitty.com).

Still, I wiggled the internet 'til I could find the surprise patterns because I'm an impatient knitty fan. And I loves me that little baby tank top. Cute-o-llama-rama.

and as for coming down, I would love to and so would Jillian...both to NYC and Dallas. :-) We'll just have to see if we can swing it!
