when faced with a looming deadline [14 days!], what is a knitter to do? a little mason-dixon heresy. their hand towel...but in hemp!
it's all research for the book, really. [cough cough] it's not just a happy pattern that, even in my current frantic state, i can memorize and knit without looking at the book. it's a little fabric tranquilizer.
OMG I know that hemp.......dam....now I want to knit a yummy hand towel...
may be you come out to night and I can knit a few rows. You know just to take the edge off.
All of a sudden I want to take a break from blanket knitting.I think it would help lighten my mood, and not sweat so much. luv dennyoxox p.s. a big hello out there to everyones favrite commenter the wee rachel h.
I know Rachel, but don't you think it is our DUTY to entertain our over-heated knitting friends with some non heat hummur(not to mention my bad spelling) dennyxoxo0ox
I recently got Big Girl Knits from the library and I LOVE it. LOVE IT! I am thinking I should buy a copy and I have a question for you about it, which is: have people used the measuring and modification methods in the book to knit those patterns for friends or relatives who are shall we say not quite so big as a Big Girl?
Thanks!
