Rhinbeckers...please translate!

in this long list, do you see Norm Hall's company? maybe he operates under another name than his own?

i was hoping to get a niddy noddy from him this year, but if he's not there, there will be weeping! does anyone know the scoop?

Comments:
He's definitely going to be there. A pal of mine called him and asked point-blank. He said he doesn't yet know what building they're putting him in, but he'll be there.

whew. I hope to get one of his spindles. A friend of mine has one (a big, heavy plying spindle) and it's just magnificent. I saw his wheels and looms last year and just gasped. they're unreal looking.

Last year I asked him if I could feel his wood. Maybe I scared him away?

regina found him -- he's Hall Traditionals. i must have been too overwrought to read the thing properly.

cara, i don't think you could scare him. you're too wee. :-)

DUDE! I went back and looked and it was YOU who sent me over there!

All of a sudden I'm excited for Rhinebeck. I wasn't, but now I am - thank you Amy! Can't wait to see you!

it absolutely was me. i enabled people into two things that weekend: norm hall wood fondling and silk+yak roving at Shadeyside Farm.

i'm proud of my enably status. and i can't believe you weren't excited to go...not only do you get to hang with US, but we get to go fondle Norm's wood again!

i think this calls for t-shirts.

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how far away the Rhinebeck festival is from Toronto? This certainly sounds like something not to be missed.

Thanks
