West coast! Really!

Finally! I've hoped to get out west for many years to meet all the great knitters whose blogs I read and those I've yet to meet. It's now going to happen!

I'll be in Seattle/Bainbridge Island July 24-25, Portland OR on July 26, and in the San Francisco area over the July 27th weekend. I'll be teaching, signing and knitting with y'all. Woo hoo!

Full details are on the tour page. Spots have been known to fill up fast. :-)

YAY!! West coast... need to finally trek on down to Purlescence to say hi! :)

Woooo! Finally!!! :)

I am so sad your Portland appearance is the night of Stitch n Pitch in Seattle. Hmm meet Amy Singer or knit and make my husband happy at a baseball game..... You make choices hard.

Huzzah! Can't wait for the PDX visit!

I can't wait to see you in portland!!! What is the Tuscany class?

Yay! You're coming to my favorite LYS! (Purlescence) I will have to sign up for the no sheep class. :)

Hey Amy,
Totally wrong place for this.... and you probably already know anyway... but i thought i would tell you there's a trailer for Golden Compass up on the website! Enjoy!

I look forward to taking your classes at Churchmouse!

Holding off on casting on for Tuscany will be a challenge, though. :)

Noooo! You're going to Portland two months too soon!!!

I know this has nothing to do with the post at hand, but what are the chances Knitty patterns might get put in PDF format, which would be much friendlier for printing? Just curious :)

Woo hoo! Amy's visiting Portland!!! We have qualifying questions, though. The friend I'd drag up from Eugene with me is stuck in a big muckity muck meeting at lunch that day, so we can't make it up until later that day. And...my Tuscany is a little over two thirds done... So, we're wondering if we can just come do the hang out part that night. I'll email Knit/Purl to find out for sure. Hope the weather will be as lovely then as it is today!!!

So, I'm slow -- but I'm hoping you'll call me when you are in San Francisco so I can buy you a beer, hug you inappropriately, and perhaps squee loudly in your general direction.

You know -- nothing like scaring my friends off before spending a week on a cruise with them.
