London in 15 seconds, and home

It wasn't 15 seconds, but it felt like that! Home last night very late. Trying to readjust to Toronto time with sporadic sleep, small amounts of caffeine and massive Tivo catchup [three weeks of Tivo'd stuff!]

Until I can make my words work again, you can peek at the full Flickr albums of Oslo [new pictures since my last post], and London.

I have stories and it was all good, good, good. For now, though, sleep.

Jet lag sucks! I have just returned from India and am just in a funk of a mood. Dull gray skies don't help either. Oh well. Maybe I'll have a bit of chocolate in honor of Halloween- can't hurt! Get some good rest.

Great shots! I took the 2 teenagers down to London this summer and we have the same pictures. I was disappointed by the woolshops, but Katherine in K1, Glasgow made up for it.

Did the buns lick your face off?

I was a travel agent for years, and here is what I have concluded about travel and jet lag: when you are young, staying out late, going to the bars, essentially keeping irregular hours, jet lag doesn't seem to come into play. When you get older, and always go to bed and get up at the same time, jet lag is a killer. Moral of the story, go out and party to prepare for your trips!

Glad you had a good one..Cheryl Beckerich

Welcome home bubby!

Welcome back, Amy!

I have a couple of questions for your regarding the basics of Knitty. My friend and I are starting a webmag, (not about knitting!) and I was wondering how you started the basic webdesign and things like that.

Canadian knitter moving to the usa.
(san francisco).
Any advice ?

Hey! Is there something up with Knitty.com? I can't seem to pull up any of the Fall 07 patterns.

I have again tried to leave comments on the Interweave knits Blog. I get the message that comments must be reviewed. Nothing has shown up and no word why. Letters to the editor of Interweave knits have gone unanswered and many of the shepherds who have tried to post comments about the errors and plain lies about your articles on Organic have also said nothing is happening.

When will our concerns be acknowledged?

Welcome home, lady
