don't laugh at me.

Comments:
How do you stay so calm? I would be a mess interviewed live like that. The ladies looked great!

That's awesome! Great job! (but am I the only one who thinks it's weird that your hostess is on a recliner?!)

Wow, you really did a great job! I love the models, they look awesome!

You are fabulous!!!! Kevin and I both think so. Quoth Kevin, "What a wonderful ambassador of knitting." So proud of you, honey. And the book is flying off our shelves!

Wow - you did awesome!

Brilliant interview, and what an enthusiastic hostess you had! Well done on your continued success, much deserved :)

I thought you were awesome and everything looks great! And the party last night was great fun. I can't stop thinking about that goddess shawl now....

Ok I was first gonna say, that that's like saying don't think about zebras. All you can do it think about zebras. However, now I am changing it! I have both books and love them both very much and I would never laugh. Well done, bravo, and be proud of yourself. You did a wonderful interview and I personally thank you for your work.

woot woot woot!
I have to say, I giggled to hear knit-speak on TV (don't have TV, and don't get out much, clearly.)

Fan-flippin' tastic! Great job doing the by-play-
had it been me, I'd have been chirping like a hamster at warp speed.

That was wonderful, truly smashing job!! You looked totally at ease!

Great job!

You did great! Especially making it accessible to non-knitters.

Hey, you did a great job! You looked cool on camera, too.
It seemed totally interesting to both knit geeks and non knitters.

No laughing here, just cheering!

You did a great job, and the party last night was fabulous.

You were awesome! Yay!!!

I see no reason to laugh at you. You were great. Many congrats on the book, on your exposure and on all your success. I am so excited for you and for all the great knitting patterns.

well done you!

Dude, there's nothing to laugh at, because you're so cool! Fantastic job, you're fabulous!

Laugh at you? No way. Applaud you? Absolutely! Love the interview and I have to say that after seeing the pieces on tv, I'm sold. Guess I'll definitely go out and get a book for sure. Great job!

How cool is that! You looked and sounded great -- and those models looked just gorgeous. I want to knit both those shawls now!

what a great segment. Plus a fashion show. Can't wait to get the book. I have your 1st one.

You were so poised! The models looked great!!

It's so much fun looking through a knitting book and say "I want to make that one and that one and that one..." and know that I really can!

You did an awesome job! You get better and better everytime you do this. Great party last night too!

What a great interview! Congrats

Yea Amy!!! Fantastic! I'm on weight watchers right now and hope to get down to size 12 in the next 6 months...the patterns are so flattering I think they're going to encourage me!

you did great....you seem so calm and your voice is nice and low (not squeaky like mine). And wow - that purple cover sweater looked great!

Yay! You look great! So you, so cool... But, I could not spot one knitted item on you ;)

Brava! That was a great interview and I would never guess you were even a teensy bit nervous. You presented yourself, the book and us big girls very well in AV media.

Thanks for the fabulous launch party last night. Despite the transit strike, it was totally worth the schlepping and paying for taxis. I really wish I could have stayed late and partied more with you all, but unfortunately my voice had to work early the next morning to earn the money to pay for the yummy yarn for me to make a few (okay most/all) of the gorgeous sweaters and shawls and socks and stuff in BGK2.

But please remind me - I owe you an aria!

I think you did great ... but how come you didn't get to sit on the more comfortable chair? ;)

Aw heck, it's telling me the video is no longer available. Luckily I saw it via a ravelry link.

You rock, Amy!

Loved it! You sounded and looked great. Don't be so judgy with yourself. =)

Well done!!

That's awesome! I am getting this book ASAP. Thank you!

Laugh? Are you nuts? You did splendidly;)

All I can say is- you're (both- Jillian as well) amazing. Party was spectacular... everyone was just incredible. Absolutely worth a 5 hour drive with numerous potty breaks and kid fights;)

I'd do it again in a heartbeat! Thnx so much for maing us big girls feel beautiful and proud;)

No need to laugh. Great Job!
~Jo

You were great! The book is wonderful, hope to own it soon.

When will you visit Portland OR again?

CONGRATULATIONS!!! We are all so proud of you! That is amazing!!!

very smooth & professional - who's laughing - not us... Great job!!! Looks like you do this all the time.

Great interview. The models looked amazing! Watching them move around in the actual sweaters was such a great selling point. You could really tell how wonderful they looked in these designs as opposed to the BIG BOXES or yore. Congrats!

You were fab - as ever!

Woot - congrats! I absolutely <3 the new book!

Laugh? Are you kidding me?
You were fabulous!! I liked the whole set up, but usually the news stories I see on knitting are more in the whole "wow, how wierd. Knitting." vein.
I hadn't jumped out of my chair to buy the new book, but seeing the real models was great, and I will be at a bookstore sooner rather than later now.....

You did great.

And awesome models.

Amy, the sweaters looked great and so did you ... but why weren't YOU wearing one of the sweaters from the book, instead of a denim jacket?

Bravo, you did a fantastic job! So what's up with the recliner? (obviously I've never seen this segment before--is it to put the guests at ease? lol)

Great interview! If I hadn't already bought your book, I would have run out to buy it. And it was great seeing some of the designs live on real women.

Great interview! I loved the way it was about knitting and FASHION! You spoke so well about the flattering elements to the designs. You rock!!

I didn't laugh! (I did smile about how to find my waist though.) You did a fabulous job and the fashion show was great!

You, Amy Singer, are a rock star. xoxo

GO Amy! What fun - good show!!!
