I designed this sweater for
my five-year-old daughter, hoping to create
something charming and contemporary -- but not
cutesy-poo. Knit in a machine-washable blend,
Briar Rose is a cropped, fitted sweater featuring
picot edging at cuffs and hem, then a cable
rib pattern which transitions into stockinette
stitch to speed the finished project along.
A touch of sage green helps to stave off excessive
pinkitude. |
