INTRODUCTION

In the Quad

Tangy

Autumn makes me wistful. Though my formative years are many decades past, the smell and sights of this time of year always evoke back-to-school memories. There were plenty of aspects of school I disliked, but there were good parts too.

One of those good parts was cold-weather clothing. Though I didn’t learn how to knit until age 30, I loved a good sweater back in the day. Whether it was a well-loved favorite or a new one for the season, it was always an exciting change when it was finally cold enough to wear my sweaters. From elementary school through college that feeling stuck with me, and I still look forward to it – especially since there are so many sweaters to choose from now!

Knit seamlessly from the top down, this yoke sweater incorporates raglan increases for a well-fitting upper body. Worked in aran-weight TML Triple Twist, this is a sweater you can start now and wear before the season is up.
