| Our gift to you...Winter Surprises! Just when you least expect them, two new patterns!   On the left, Merinero by Anu Ahoniemi: a bottom-up yoked sweater with nautically inspired stripes.On the right, Tea & Crumpets by Deborah Simon: a gorgeous twisted-stitch fingerless mitt pattern, perfect for in-between weather like some of us are experiencing right now. Are you wondering how we fund Knitty? Since the fall of 2015, Knitty has been funded almost entirely by our Patrons. This system works because there are about 2900 people who are able to support us at whatever level feels financially right to them. We couldn't publish Knitty without this support. As you can imagine, we've lost some Patrons due to the financial situation caused by the Pandemic. We'd love you to join us, if you are able to! We really need you. We hope you enjoy these Surprises, and maybe you might even consider submitting a pattern in the future! We love to see the creativity of our readers!
