Stephanie Harlot was at the Knit Out in NY, smiling and signing. She's very good at it. I was all excited, because Storey [her publisher] made up bumper stickers for her. How cool is that? [I got one and it's going on my Knitty
Heys rolly suitcase with all the other knitting stickers I've collected so far.] It was a really nice thing, seeing fellow Torontonian Steph in NY. I could have sworn I smelled a little maple syrup as I hugged her.

My beloved stalker, Karen. [She named herself my stalker, btw.] This was the first night at
The Point. Not only did I meet great knitters, make new friends and have a lot of fun, but I think I drank more
white tea/pomegranate Teany than is recommended by the USDA. I love that stuff.
It was a really great weekend. I love New York, and I love New Yorkers. More tomorrow.
